RAO is concerned about respecting your privacy as a user of the RAO Web site. RAO does not collect any personal information, i.e. your name, email, etc., by electronic means or otherwise, unless you willingly provide it. Please review the following policies regarding the use of any personal information you willingly provide to RAO.

User Survery

RAO appreciates its users completing our user survey so that we may better serve your interests. All information provided to us in the form of answers to survey questions will be used for statistical analysis and the improvement of the RAO Web site and in no way will be attributed to you personally. At the end of the user survey, you may provide us with personal information in order to be included in the RAO mailing list. This personal information is in no way related to the user survey responses either electronically or in any other format.

Mailing Lists

If you provide to RAO your name, email, and/or postal address for the purpose of joining a RAO promotional mailing list, we may notify you of additions to the RAO Web site, new opportunities, and/or other information which may be of interest to you. RAO does not share your personal information with any companies or other entities outside of Archive Media Project and Abamedia. You may opt-out of inclusion into this list by sending an email asking to be removed from the mailing list to the address indicated in the subsequent emails or to rao@abamedia.com.

Image Licensing

In order to serve our Image Licensing customers, we may require you to provide us with certain information, including your name, email, mailing address, and phone number. This information will be used to process your requests and any subsequent transactions. You may also be added to RAO's mailing list at our descretion, but may request to be removed by sending an email to the address indicated in the subsequent email or to rao@abamedia.com.

Cookies

As a member of the Link Exchange advertising banner network, RAO is required to utilize "cookies", small bits of information which are stored by your browser. The cookies sent by Link Exchange keep track of which ads someone has seen, so that when they click on an ad, their server knows where to send them. LinkExchange now only sends one "safe cookie". If you accept this cookie, you will not be sent a second cookie from LinkExchange.
