The Russian-American Center (TRAC), a non-profit corporation, addresses problems and opportunities shared by the peoples of Russia and the United States by promoting interaction between the governments and individuals of the two countries. TRAC is associated with Esalen Institute, a private organization that has been working with the Soviet Union for over 15 years.

Dulce W. Murphy has assumed the leadership of TRAC, which received its non-profit status in January, 1994. Ms. Murphy has worked extensively with Russia and the Soviet Union since 1980. She was a founder of the Esalen Institute Russian-American Exchange Center, and was its executive director for four years.

TRAC can be reached at trac@dnai.com.
