Mount Analogue

Abamedia is honored to have been granted the prestigious film rights to this French surrealist literary classic, in alliance with France's Editions Gallimard and the estate of the author, René Daumal. The book is a brilliant blend of the fantastical, satirical, and metaphysical, wrapped in a tale of eight extraordinary individuals who risk their lives on a quest for a mountain that all logic says shouldn't exist.

West of Liberty

Encouraged by the impending completion of World Without Waves, the production of West of Liberty has become more viable. Abamedia has had the project on the drawing board in conjunction with partner M. L. Nelson for many years. The copyrighted screenplay, which takes place in Texas, in the turn of the century, is adapted from the award-winning story The Stolen Steers - A Tale of the Big Thicket by Bill Brett. It chronicles the relationship between a twenty-year old cattle thief and the migrant black couple who became his protectors. Dennis Bishop, Aba's close producer friend in Los Angeles, has already begun working on a production budget and plan.

One Woman in the War

This Autobiographic account of the experiences of a woman, then 19-20, in the closing months of the Second World War was first published inHungarian in 1991 and has since been translated into number of languages. Exciting, shocking, and revealing, it is a journey into a piece of central European history and a testament to the fighting spirit of a woman whose every moment was a challenge and protest against the inhumanity of war.
